Nursery inside closet. Required receptacles?

It looks like the homeowners are trying to get fancy and put a little small Nursery inside of their closet in their master bedroom as far as I know closets do not get Outlets does this have an exception for a nursery accessible only from inside of the closet? The nursery is still technically in the closet Any thoughts on this would be helpful guys trying to pass inspection

There are no code rules for nor against receptacle outlets in closets, only lighting outlets.

Interesting i was always taught that was a no go we always came back after inspection to put them in later???

Once you make it a nursery, it isn't a closet anymore.
