Have you guys seen this?

Low voltage lighting w/ mosquito repellent cartridges built in. Looks interesting. My supplier got a sample in a couple of weeks ago. The fixtures are about $130/ea and the refills are $44/ea, and are supposed to last 3/mo.

I saw them introduced last summer. There are many mosquito repellent devices out there and none really does much of anything. I suspect the same here.

well, they had a video with glowing testimonials, and most
of the people speaking had a bit of a southern accent, so
that's a good sign... it seems y'all have skeeters there....

if i was curious, i think i'd buy a pair of them on amazon,
and try them over memorial day, the day we celebrate
cookouts, and mosquitoes. if they don't work, return them.

we had some mosquitoes in california, but i think they are
now protected species.
