Does New York City (Brooklyn Borough specifically) allow Integrated Switchgear distribution sections to be installed now? I believe there use to be restrictions on this due to labor union laws and the like and only stick panels could be installed. Is this still applicable?
 
What do you mean by Integrated Switchgear distribution?

I have loads of Switchgear installed in NYC, including Brooklyn.

If it has an MEA number, it can be installed.

If the Local 3 guys wont let it off the truck, that's a different issue.
