NYC licensing

Anyone have a good link for the requirements and forms for a NYC Electrical license?

I'm looking through the City Building department site, but the information is scrambled at best.

yeah, saw that...i'm more curious about the actual requirements...can I hold a license without a NYC physical address (i'm in NJ, but will work in NYC), can a NJ contractor sign off on my time served?

what's involved with the practical exam?

who's the best prep course?

that type of stuff..
