Anyone have reference on which portion of the power wiring from service switch tap to fire alarm disconnect to the FACP/DGP's etc. must be 2 hour rated wiring method? I believe it's the load side of the fire alarm disconnect switch. Thanks

Your application at the FACP fused disconnect adjacent to the service and starts at Part II. Non–Power-Limited Fire Alarm (NPLFA) Circuits Section 760.41 with amendments found here: https://www1.nyc.gov/assets/buildings/pdf/ll39of2011_electrical_code.pdf

Upstream of the FACP disconnect would be technically unfused and unprotected (by the small FACP disconnect or the service), so it would have to be protected in some fashion, but if it is in the same room, I have seen just IMC/RMC allowed.

Thank you very much!

I understand but then what about when you leave 2 hour rated room out to dgp or facp?
2-hour rated, unless you're working with the Port Authority and you have a generator. Then, the only portion required to be 2-hour is from the generator/ATS to the panels.

2-hour rated for power to a DGP or a strobe panel? We typically use EMT from the fire alarm power panel which I assume is permitted because the DGP and strobe panels have battery backup.
