Not innvolved in this but was just curious. DOes the EC or utility usually provide a ConEd SPlice box/ property line box and ConEd meter? THanks

The contractor is typically responsible.

Specs for the property line box/ end line box are found in the blue book

Con Edison will supply the meter and cts, but the cabinet is supplied by the contractor
