Nyserta qualifications (windmills)

I'm trying to find out what the requirements are in order to be "listed" as a certified installer(wind turbine/generator) by the NYSERTA program. The extent of info so far was that three seperate classes were needed. I'm not sure if certification is required for stand alone systems, or for systems that are intended to contribute to the grid through transfer switch. Any clarification, knowledge, or a general finger point towards a resource would be helpful.

It's my understanding that each power company is different. As far as putting power on the grid. (Selling power back to the poco) Some accept it, some don't.

The poco wants record of it for govt. stattistics. $$$. You would need a dual meter. You should contact the poco, the ahj and the distributor, if reputable the distributor should know the answers.
