Multiple pieces of lab equipment being transferred from an existing lab to a new facility and most of the equipment does not have UL/CSA/MET stickers.

This job is for the state of Maryland and does not have to stand a local inspection.

Are there any regs in place which prohibit non UL equipment from being installed in a new facility??

Not that I know of.

In fact, right now the National Laboratories* in the midst of a program to inspect all non-NRTL items. In total this will be hundreds of thousands of items, if not millions.
