Obsolete Square D Breaker Information Needed

I am currently working on an arc flash study and need the infomation for one of the Square D breaker that has been disconntinued. Really appreciate if anyone could share the breaker datasheet or anything that will help me creating an Etap model for this breaker.
Breaker: Square D ML-1, ML-3 (or 997316, etc)

TCC Square D 3 Pole ML (225A)

Hello Guys. I want to know if someone has the TCC curves from old (Obsolete) Square D ML 3 Pole Circuit breakers (200A,225A,100A,). I am trying to model this ones in ETAP but couldn't find the catalog, manual or TCC yet. Here an image of those guys Thanks
