6 69jag Member Location tulsa, ok Nov 15, 2006 #1 I need to set a 15kva 480 volt prim. transformer with a 30 prim breaker feeding a 50amp secondary receptacle can I get by with just the 30 amp prim. or do I need to set a 60 amp disconnect ahead of the 50 amp load ?
