I have a technical question, I have a small granny unit on my property, it has a 220V panel with 6 individual breaker spots, I have 4 - 110 breakers for lights, outlets and a small 110v water heater booster. I have 1 - 220v breaker for the tank-less water heater, all the light bulbs are LED. Well, for some reason, now one of the lights flickers when the 220v water heater is active. Does this make sense? I have not changed the bulb yet, as I have to remove and disassemble the light fixture. thank you

You probably have a switch controlling the fixture with the flickering lamp. Check the voltage for voltage drop when the tankless heater is energized.
