Off Topic - PM'ing Moderator

I posted my first question that was locked by a moderator. He wanted me to PM him to clarify my situation in order to (possibly) be able to participate in this forum. Unfortunately, I've been unable to figure out how to contact him. Can anyone help?

By N/A I meant "not applicable" - I'm retired. But his assumption was correct, I'm not now, nor have I ever been an electrician . My education was in Computer Science and I did take some EE courses, but that's it. My question wasn't an attempt to get information so that I could do it myself, but to find out if it's feasible.
