If PVC pipe is for interior circuit is below concrete mesh of a concrete floor is that code compliant?
IMO 300.5 column 3 Under building 0 cover because embedded

Also can PVC be under grid and water floor heat bad above grid in same pad????
I had zero luck on this one

There is an original concrete floor with some form of fiber board on top. Then slag, pvc conduit under mesh then, tubing on top of mesh then plan was to pour concrete. So i would describe as encase.
