OH Code 4101:1-1-03 experience requirements for inspecto

My husband is taking the Electrical Inspectors exam for the State of Ohio if we ever get this resume filled out. He does not have the current NEC book and we need to know the information provided for 4101:1-1-03. We would appreciate your help greatly. Thanks, T
