Probably done by licensed guys--- People talk about home owner but I have seen some incredible stuff done by contractors

We got to test a circuit tracer and rewire a rural church basement because one of the parishners volunteered to wire it for "free" with a similar method.
After being in the field for some years I came to the conclusion that being licensed just means you are ALLOWED to do your work per jurisdiction. Doing good quality work has nothing to do with having a license or not. I am sure everyone will agree with me.
