I recently visited a facility that had oil-filled transformers on the roofs of their buildings. There was a steel catch basin below the transformers in case of an oil leak. Is this installation against code? Many utilities require a 10' minimum distance from buildings, but I can not locate where this requirement is listed in the codes.
