Oil mist heater - usual rating

I am preparing electrical load list (preliminary one). I need to write down an oil mist heater rating (kW) however Google Search did not return any useful results. Is oil mist heater the same as lube oil heater?

When I think of Oil Mist I think of power plants. If a power plant burns heavy fuel oil it is my understanding that they blow the fuel oil through a mister. That provides more complete combustion. If this is your situation then they are asking for the heavy fuel oil to be heated before combustion. This is a BIG WAG. Others more knowledgeable will chime in.
