OK to daisy chain MCCB inputs to avoid buying a power distribution block?

I've got a panel with 4 AB frame 140G MCP's and MCCB's. One is a main that feeds 3 others.

Assuming the wire size can handle it, is there anything that stops me from daisy chaining the inputs of the three downstream devices? I would rather save space and buy a power distribution block, if I can.

I've seen this done before but I've never stopped to think if it's actually allowed. My worry is that there's some restriction about multiple wires connected to lugs due to the clamping being less secure.

Thanks!

The instructions will tell you how many wires can be attached to the terminals.

The easiest solution is to buy distribution lugs for the feeder CB. AB has them for all their 140G line Cbs.
