Ok to mount control xfmr under a disconnect?

I'm designing a large industrial control panel. It will have an external 30A/600V main disconnect mounted on the side of the large panel.

Is it OK to mount a small 480/120 control transformer underneath the disconnect on the same side of the large panel?

Offhand I don't know of any Code which prohibits such... but I wouldn't do it unless all normally energized parts are totally enclosed.
