Being an Electrician is about providing EXPERT service at a modest price.

I've been doing Electrical work for almost 30 years. I've wired houses, apartments, hospitals, warehouses, gas stations, ATM's, hotels, convenience stores, grocery stores, shopping centers, etc etc etc...

I love to work.
I'd rather under charge. It is NOT possible to become rich on one job.
It is better to under charge and stay busy.
Let me earn your business and your referrals.
I can do small or large jobs.

I'm flexible and willing to work 7 days a week to fit your schedule.

Please, CALL me TODAY ... Dave
(I AM local despite my long distance phone number)

He didn't actually state what his "modest price" is. I wonder if it's a "bait and switch?"

Well he useing a Houston cell phone number so that means it's not exactaly and old well established company. It may not even be a company. Routing all your calls through Houston when you are working in Baltimore isn't the best way to inspire confidence.

Sounds like someone that doesn't like to hunt, fish or anything else if they would rather undercharge than make money. Why not just start your own stimulus package and hand out money to people on the street?

Everyone gets all excited about the new guy with no overhead and likes to call him names like 'low-baller', 'hack', and such. Truth is, the guy has NO overhead. He probably makes a mad killing by charging 80% of what you charge.

Oh, what was that? You think that licensing and permits are just the socialist government trying to suck more of your money and defraud Joe Public? Keep whistling that tune 'de-regu-lation....'

No overhead?

Please explain.

As an electrician do you buy your own hand tools? (Overhead)
As an electrician do you use your own car to drive to work? (Overhead)
As an electrician do you pay for your own gas to drive to work? (Overhead)
As an electrician do you have any expenses for health insurance costs? (Overhead)
As an electrician do you furnish your own work boots? (Overhead)

Even if you don't own a business you have overhead.
It costs you money to have a job just like it costs you money to own a business and both have overhead.
