I have an old 100 amp 3ph 120/208vac subpanel embedded in concrete that I can't get replacement breakers for. Does any one know of a retro kit I can use to rip out the internals and upgrade the backplane for using todays breakers? I don't feal there is sufficient room to stick a can in the can.

This thread had been temporarily closed. This action was taken because the nature of the question and the occupation shown in the Original Poster's profile raised a concern that this may have been an attempt by a Do It Yourself person to obtain "how-to" information.

In an exchange of Private Messages, the Original Poster has provided assurances that he has been a licensed electrician for 20 years, though his current profession is that of an engineer. Therefore, the thread is being reopened. I offer an apology to the OP for the inconvenience and the delay.

There are retro firms that will measure the enclosure and construct a new set of inners to fit. I've had good luck in my area using such an out fit re-habing olf panels in schools.
Where do you live?
