I tried to replicate some measurements from a couple years ago.
See thread
https://forums.mikeholt.com/showthread.php?t=186187&highlight=high+quality+emf+meter
and my plots at post 26.
I don't see the 4 and 8 Hz signals now that were present two years ago. Note these are not precisely 4 and 8, are not harmonically related, and not a sub-harmonics of 60.
I do see much more noise now, some of which is from my dimmers, but with my dimmers off there is still more present that looks like dimmers.
Going to a slower sweep rate I see a loss of much of the noise every 22 milliseconds for a short duration. Note 22 milliseconds is 45.5 Hz. Definitely not 50 Hz.
The loss of noise periods looks like a sync signal and thus some of the noise may be data.
This noise was not present 2 years ago. But my sensing coil is not in the same location. Presently the coil is on the dining table, two years ago I believe it was on my bench in the basement.
May try an experiment in backyard and on battery power.
