Old fuse style

Can someone provide me the correct term for the old fused service disconnect style that employed 3 fuses in a holder that you had to pull the whole assembly out to open the service? My mind is blank on this for some reason and my Googling is not providing any decent results.

Ron - Exactly! Thank you. Jumper - it is an apartment complex with both single phase (2 pole) and three phase services. We would not fuse the grounded or grounding conductors.
