W/regards to clearance in front of an electrical panel, does anyone have a code book from the 60's (mid-to later in the decade) that shows the requirements, if any, for clearance in front of a panel? And, is there any way you could scan/pdf and send it to me?

If I remeber correctly and I doubt that I do, I think that it used to be 32", but I'm not that old. I just thought I remembered seeing it on some older panels in a plant one time.

110.15(b). Clear Spaces. Working spaces adjacent to exposed live parts shall not be used as passageways, or for storage.

The 36" requirement was introduced in the '65.
