Old servant call box

Trying to reinstall old Servant call box. it was working on 24V powr supply.
We have a door bell and six rums with buttons. on the top of the servant box this was install(not sure if this was used for it)
Maybe one of you might know what is that?
Any help will be appreciate

Is this how the other half live? My wife just screams at me from across the room! One of these days I may actually respond to see what she wants. For now, I still like having a little mystery in our lives. She’ll learn to appreciate it.
