Pretty Neat. Can you see a manufacturer's name or perhaps a date anywhere on it? There is some old stuff like this at the Edison Botanical Laboratory in Fort Myers, Florida.
I just looked at a job on 5th Ave in NYC monday that was very similar. They are getting ready to complete a 3000 amp changeover, the existing equipment is very old.

This is in a plant that used to be home to Horlick Malted Milk. It was probably buit in the early 1900's. The complex had a primary service with multiple 480, 240, 120 feeds going everywhere. We've cleaned up most of the old stuff and now we are getting ready to "kill" this and remove it.
I'll look and see if I can find a MFR name or brand.
