Do you still use this stuff? The general all on all off switches say they consume 2 watts. Did you see how discolored they are?
I'll get some pics of the backs of these 2 watt consumers. They were hot when I pulled them out.
But they worked for almost 20 years.

Yes, I still use Leviton's X10 products, They may have been discolored for various reasons, (smoker, direct sunlight, etc...) I use X10 for inground pool lights, detached garage lights, landscape lights, flood lights etc... not big on using them for interior lighting, they seem to slow to react for me...
