Older 3-Wire Sub Panel\Building now has shared satellite dish - Concerns?

I have a location with several outbuildings with 100 amp/3 wire sub panels. Recently just installed satellite receivers in the outbuildings sharing a single satellite dish (coax ran to each building). There is no "Main Panel" in any of the buildings. Our local coop set a pole with the meter loop and a 200 amp disconnect. Inside the disconnect panel there are 100 amp breakers feeding each outbuilding (3 wire\pvc). At each building there are grounding rods which is bonded to the neutral (in the sub panel). These are in a rural location in Illinois so no code adoption as of yet.

I am concerned now that they share some type of electrical connectivity the earth ground and neutral should be isolated in each outbuilding panel. Am I right in thinking this? If so, since running a 4th wire is really not an option (concrete, cost, etc.) is there something else we can do?

I have spent the last few days reading grounding, bonding, etc. and feel more confused than ever.

Any help would be great.

You need to discuss this with a local electrician. Forum rules do not allow us to assist persons who are not employed in the electrical industry. If I have misinterpreted the situation, if for example you are licensed in your area to perform electrical installation work, then send me a private message to explain the circumstances. In the meantime, I will close this thread.
