Bought our house 1 year ago a few months ago the chandelier light lift stopped working. It is an older key operated Wilshire L 200 in attic.
Has power because red light on near down test on board, fuse good.
Limit switches seem to be on track ends. Furthest blue wired teads OL conductance & when bypassed a green light near test up button comes on and test up button works. Closer red wired reads zero and when bypassed light still red & test down button still does nothing.
Very goopy in track near up limit. No on/off switch box near motor nor limit switches above attachment to Chandelier like Alladin ones I saw on web.
Company out of business & no manuals, wiring diagrams, etc on web.
No electricians will come check it they just tell me to replace it but costs around $2000!
I have labeled pics but it wont allow me to attach or insert them.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
Brad
