I've never looked online myself for any local service, and I consider myself a somewhat typical consumer. For that reason, I doubt very many of my potential customers look online for an electrician either. Different markets may vary, of course. I understand that it's more popular to use the net to find local service providers in larger, more metropolitan areas.
 
we use the online yellow pages with that we get listed on six different sites and i also get tracking reports with this to watch activity.

You pay your suppliers with tracking reports?
 
The only online stuff I do is to find out reviews and locations of local restaurants. Otherwise, I still pick up the yellow pages.

Does it generate any phone calls to your business? Is it worth the money spent on it?
