One Line Diagram and Feeder Size

New to this forum and new to electrical engineering. If I want to learn more about one line diagram what would be the good materials? Also for 3 phase wire sizes what materials shall I follow. For example for 3 phase 800 amp power line what should be the wire size? How many wire shall I require? 3 wire or 4 wire? How many sets of wire do I need? Is the grounding necessary in every run? I would appreciate your kind help.

Then search for "how to draw one line diagram". Look at videos, too, it that suits you better.

You should do the searching so you can find stuff that is explained in a way you grok best.
