One-Line Tiers

Inspectors and Plan Reviewers....
Question 1:
How many Tiers would cover 95% of the projects you have seen over you career ?
Tier 1 utility....2 Main, 3 distribution...etc.
Please include light to medium industrial projects.
Please DO NOT include projects where customer is Primary Metered.

Question 2:
Max or average number of MOTOR loads that would be served from this distribution.
 
This went over like a lead balloon earlier...so I will try again asking for input from all.

If you had a SCC calculator that could handle most of your projects, I ask the questions below.
Not something where you would calc from one point-to-point, then start over for the next and so fourth, but would be able to handle all points and tiers in a single package.

Engineers and Electrical Contractors....
