Looking at new job where there adding an addition to an existing building.
Old building 20,000 sf
New addition 8,000.00 sf
The transformer and service disconnect relocated with adding an additional service disconnect for new addition.
They show two service laterals from the transformer. One for relocated service disc. And one for new. The two will be side by side outside on the building. CT on secondary in the transformer with meter at utility owned transformer.
The system voltage is the same for each.
The total ampacity is 800 amps
The building is single occupancy
I see this as two services with the same voltage since there separate service laterals to each service disconnect.
Tulsa code is 2023.
I do not see how 230.2 (A)-(D) would allow this.
No fire pump or emergency system.

I see it as E would not apply since it does not meet A through D
