1- we have inside of the main electrical room 4 underground services (2-4" each ) coming from one FPL transformer , in one of the underground service that we have a existing service line gutter with 6 disconnect , can we use one of the spare( 2-4") underground coming from the same FPL Transformer and install another main disconnect in the same main electrical room to create another service ?

2- In addition of the 6 disconnect inside of the electrical room , we can add another service outside of the electrical room ? if we do can we run the feeder inside of the building to feed the new tenant ?

I think we are going to need a more specific explanation or even a drawing of what you have there. It is not clear to me. Also with this topic, one needs to be very careful about using the correct terminology, specifically "service" vs "service conductor sets"

First off, I think you need to read 230.2 in its entirety to see if there is anything in it that will allow you to have multiple services on this building.

I just looked real quick , I have to go to work, but my initial though is it looks to me like one service and several service conductor sets per 230.40 exception 2. It does appear there is a 230.71 violation (7 disconnects). One may be able to get more than 6 disconnects if they are grouped in different occupancies (230.40 ex 1).

In your area are you required to submit a plan review for permitting?

Do you have a relationship with your inspector such that you can run these questions past him?

Adding to existing multi tenant occupancies like this can get a little complicated, I've had two in the last two months that were similar, and existing, and the inspector showed some leniency in the work we needed to do.
