One Service or three???

My question is if I have three service masts coming down from an overhead entrance(3 weatherheads) to three seperate 400 amp fused main discos and each disco feeding a 400amp panel...do i have have three 400 amp services or one 1200 amp service?

Unless each one is of different voltage/frequency/phase and comes from a different service drop, you have one service.

230.71 Maximum Number of Disconnects.

(A) General. The service disconnecting means for each service permitted by 230.2, or for each set of service-entrance conductors permitted by 230.40, Exception No. 1, 3, 4, or 5, shall consist of not more than six switches or sets of circuit breakers, or a combination of not more than six switches and sets of circuit breakers, mounted in a single enclosure, in a group of separate enclosures, or in or on a switchboard. There shall be not more than six sets of disconnects per service grouped in any one location.

Each one is 480 volt with one drop from poco tieing to all three...

the poco will be metering with a ct cabinet at pole by road

You have one service with three disconnects. They must be grouped in one location.

1200 amps, must be one hefty service drop.
