One service/ two buildings

Hi,

I'm trying to power two buildings with one service. I'm brining this new service to one building, and running an outside feeder to the other building.

I'm also providing a means of disconnect to the building served by this outside feeder. any grounding/bonding considerations I need to pay attention to the second building served by this feeder?

What other issues I need to pay attention to when I serve multiple buildings from one service?
