where in the code does mention only one wire on a breaker ? One wire per neutral bar, ground bar no more three and I know breakers should not have more one wire. I think Cutter Hammer has captures so they can two. Where in code does it talk about one wire under a screw. I looked article 110 and article 230 .

It will be contained in the UL listing for the breaker.

QO and Homeline accept 2 wires.
Don't believe Siemens accepts 2

The only thing specifically mentioned in the NEC is one grounded conductor per hole. For ground bar and breakers, it just per the listing/instructions...
