anyone here know any good online courses for testing and troubleshooting? im having a little bit of difficulty understanding some of the material in the books im reading. :-?

What sort of testing? Eaton used to have an online course on their site someplace about breakers and transformers, but I can't seem to locate it at the moment.

well im reading the book: electrical power equipment maintenance and testing by paul gill and having a little trouble understanding it.

for example it shows doing an insulation resistance test on a circuit breaker. the diagram has a square with 6 numbers on it representing the circuit breaker. im not sure what kind of breaker they are talking about. 3 phase maybe? load and line terminals?
