My favorite on line supplier is pretty good about notifying me that the part I ordered a month or so ago, is now another 30 days out. At least I know I'm still on the list.

My online supplier is no longer my online supplier
Both times I ordered a gutter from them, and both times I was told it was in stock and would be shipped the next day only to find out three weeks later that it never was in stock in the first place. The second time, they said it would be another 6 weeks or I could pay double to get a different version that they actually did have in stock
Both times I had the work scheduled and then had to go to the customer with egg on my face
On the second round, they tried to make it right by overnighting the one they had in stock, and they eventually honored the price I had already paid
Then I found out it actually never was in stock either because it was shipped to me directly from Hubbel
2 times was enough
