Open Delta & Harmonics

Local housing development has a common well that we are considering putting a VFD on. The pad mount transformer that feeds the 20 hp 230v three phase well also supplies power to at least two of the adjacent homes. Transformer is open wye open delta. I do not know the kva at this moment. Will/could there be a harmonics problem with this installation that may affect the homes?

I would specify a 3% input line reactor from TCI or MTE to prevent harmonics to the line. The bus filter that comes with some of the VFD's is OK, but an external unit really helps.
