The 120volt loads are lights & receptacles
IMO, I feel that my thinking is correct to say that "Article 310-15,b,4,a" apply's.
The neutral conductor is not required to be counted.
Therefore, "TABLE 310-15,b,2,a" does not apply.
Does this sound right?
