Open source NEC

Is there a website that has the NEC posted for free access? Nothing in my trade, appliance repair, requires an inspection. Hence why I don't reference it except every 3 years for Washington State recertification. Seems silly to spend a crap ton of money on a physical book that only gathers dust.
