Is it right that the impedance should be equal to operate two transformers in parallel?
Any other conditions for this issue

Yes, they ?should.? If they are not, then the two transformers will not share the load equally. That can be acceptable, but you would need to be careful with the design choices. This really is a design issue, not a code issue.

Other issues?

Although it may not be addressed in the NEC, there is a safety issue from a maintenance perspective.

For example, transformer T-2 is not de-energized by opening Breaker C only.
Both Breakers C and D must be opened. (The sketch is single phase for simplicity)

Two transformers, with different impedance, can be operated in parallel by connecting the primary sides in series. Of course the primary side must be dual voltage.

Each transformer will equally share the load.
