Are floor outlets acceptable in operating rooms?

I understand most operating rooms are wet location listed, however if you provide a wet location listed while-in-use device would this be acceptable?

Does any manufacturer offer a floor receptacle wet location in use cover ? I do not know. Hospitals can be very particular about their receptacle outlets. For wet location GFCI protection at the least.
