Hi All! I am new to this forum, and currently looking to network with Electrical Professionals, as I have clients looking to hire for contract roles in Charleston SC, and other locations within the US. Trainer/Instructor - South Carolina
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
-Bachelors Degree or Apprentice School graduate.
-Marine Electrical Experience (Absence of Voltage, Electrostatic Discharge and Arc Flash).
-Familiarity with electrician general safety and procedures.
-Flexibility to work different shifts.
Required PPE Ear Muffs, Face mask, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Boots.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree. school must be accredited.
Apprentice School or Technical Trade School graduate
WORK HOURS:
5/40 workweek. First Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
