Optional load calc and E.V. charger

When doing optional load calculation, will the EV charger & jacuzzi fall under the appliance category and get calculated like you would the first 10K at 100% and the rest at 40%? Or the EV and the jacuzzi falls under A/C category and get calculated at 100%?

I do a load optional calculation and with a 48A rated jacuzzi and a 80A charger my main service come out to 125A. It does not seem right.

This answers my question. So I guess the jacuzzi and the charger are part of appliances and are calculated as the first 10K and the rest at 40%...

from 2017 NEC
The nameplate rating of the following:
a. All appliances that are fastened in place, permanently connected, or located to be on a specific circuit
