In the NEC at 220-30(b)(3) & (4), should vent-a-hoods, ceiling fans, HVAC blowers, refrigerators, garage door openers, bath exhaust fans, etc. be included, or are they properly neglected as being included in the 3VA/sf general lighting and general-use receptacles of 220-30(b)(2)?

hvac blower should be already listed on the units name plate FLA rating. fridge is included in kitchen load. everything else should be in general load and recepticle load.
