optional stand by generator ?

the project is a 28 kw gen, 480 3ph,
want to run 300' feeder to 15kva xfmr 480/208/120wye, tap the feeder for 480v 3ph 5 ton hvac /elec heat 10000/830=12a

xfmr load secondary is lights and receptacles in a room 1000sqft
i want to feed a 3 phase load center to balance my load on the gen, the calculated load is ,<60a

15000/830=18a pri
15000/360=41a sec

question, does this smell good?

any comments or suggestions?

:roll: sorry, for the smell good comment, what i was trying to say is.

what will the load on the primary be with the tap feeder feeding the hvac?
