OR - Wet location GFCI and Isolated recepticals

I have a question i know ORs deemed "wet locations" require Isolated power or GFCI (if interruption can occur). However, can an OR have some recepts. on Isolated power and some on GFCIs in the same room without any label to distinguish the two.

Thanks

It has never been allowed in any that I have ever done. It just doesn't make sense that a grounded system touch potential hazard would be introduced into an area served by an ungrounded system.

I have actually ran into this myself. They had BOTH grounded and UNgrounded receptacles in an OR. it didnt make any sense to me at all. Either you can handle the hazard or not. This is where there was some changes done over the years in some OR'S that apparently someone just didnt keep track of. I thought there was an OUT righ code violation but couldnt think of one off hand, other than it didnt make any sense!

I am running in to this for a new installation in a hospital...it just doesnt make sense to me but i dont see any code violations directly. However i have seen where an eqiupment boon say from berchtold is on isolated power recpt. and the wall outlets are on grounded power...is this allowed either?

thanks
