Concerning the orange colored grips on the double insulated Klein pliers, are those orange colored grips available anywhere for purchase separaely (i.e., grips only, without the pliers) ?

I doubt that the insulated tool grips are available separately.
Klein has stated that a worn out or damaged insulated tool is to be taken out of service and destroyed.
"Before each use, inspect the tools visually. Do NOT use a tool if the orange coating cracks, breaks, or becomes damaged in any way. Destroy the tool if the white layer shows through the orange layer."
